Tapping "New Session" on the app will reset the PM5 and start a new Just Row session. Workouts can now be programmed in the app and sent to the PM5. Speech recognition can be used to program new workouts, including complex workout arrangements. Work Goals have been upgraded and will synchronize with the Workouts Menu to establish pace and rate goals for the pieces. Work sessions can now be uploaded to Concept2 Logbook and Strava and shared on social media.
