Talk it out — by voice or text, any hour, no appointment, no judgment.
Alvio is a private space to say the thing you haven't said out loud. Built for the people who usually don't talk about it — and answering in plain language, not therapy-speak.
Most of us were taught to handle it alone. Alvio isn't a lecture, a diary you'll abandon, or a chatbot that tells you to breathe. It's a straight conversation, available at 2am, that remembers what you told it last week.
SAY IT OUT LOUD
One tap opens a real voice conversation — no button to hold, no waiting to be understood. Speak in full sentences, trail off, change your mind. Prefer to type? The same conversation works in text. And when you don't know where to start, tap a starter like "I had a rough day" and skip the blank page.
IT REMEMBERS WHAT YOU SAID
Your name, what you're carrying, how you want to be spoken to — Alvio knows before you start, so you're not re-explaining yourself every time.
EVERY CONVERSATION, FINDABLE
The Journey tab keeps your history without homework:
· Sessions auto-titled and topic-tagged, so you can find that one talk in seconds
· Streaks that reward showing up, not perfection
· A weekly insight written from your own words — a short, honest read on the week you actually had
REHEARSE THE HARD CONVERSATION
Asking for a raise. Ending it. Setting a boundary with someone you love. The Practice tab lets you run the conversation once in private, so the real one isn't the first time.
CRISIS SUPPORT, ONE TAP AWAY
If it gets heavy, crisis resources are visible from every screen — free, confidential, 24/7, no gating. Alvio shows the lines for your country.
YOUR TALKS STAY YOURS
No ads. No selling your data. No real name required. Never used for advertising, never handed to anyone else. Alvio doesn't tell anyone you're using it.
BUILT FOR EVERYONE
Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion are supported throughout.
Alvio is not therapy and not a crisis service — it's the conversation you'd have with a friend who actually listens, available whenever you need it.
Try Alvio free for 7 days: unlimited conversations, voice and text, practice scenarios, weekly insights, and your full history.

Ratings & Reviews
Voice is a real conversation now. One tap and you're talking — no button to hold, no waiting for a transcript. Alvio hears you and answers out loud.
Crisis resources now show the helplines for your country, not just the US.
Also in this release: a cleaner chat screen, faster session history, and a fix for accounts that could get stuck on the welcome screen.
