Not a generic "get 8 hours" recommendation — your personal sleep need, based on your history. WHAT YAWN TRACKS • Sleep score — a simple rating each morning • Sleep debt — how much rest you owe your body • Your sleep need — how much sleep you actually need • Regularity — your bedtime regularity and patterns HOW IT WORKS Yawn reads your sleep data from Apple Health. A short quiz personalizes everything to your goals, and from there it's simple: sleep, check your score, pay down your debt. WHY YAWN No white noise. No stories. No bloat. Just the stuff that matters, presented clearly. — Subscription details: Yawn requires a subscription for full access. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
