Milligram Intelligence can now create or edit your protocol. Ask for a change, it proposes one, you apply or discard it, and you can undo it afterwards. Plus a new ghost mode - chats disappear after a short time you choose and never show in your history. Replies are faster too. Added new languages: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Swedish, Turkish and Polish. Pick yours from the Language row in Profile or during onboarding. Home has been redesigned from first principles, and your schedule now works the way you actually dose and use the app day-to-day instead of the way it's strictly made to be written down. Read below for all the changes: Home and dose schedules – The top of Home is now an interactive dial representing a days due doses, instead of singular countdown. Tap it to switch between between dose/compound info with ease. – Editing your schedule no longer changes your past. Move a compound from Monday to Tuesday and every Monday you already logged stays where it was. – Doses taken after midnight count towards the day before, up to 3am - to allow for late night doses to properly match your late sleep schedules. – Postpone a dose. Hold it on your schedule and move it to a later time or date. The reminder and the projection move with it, and it is never counted as missed when it wasn't. – Logging after the fact asks you what time you took it. Backdated doses no longer get stamped with the time you logged it in the app, but when you actually took it. – A dose is marked missed when its scheduled day ends, not when its arbitrary dose window time passes; for example: weekly compounds are no longer flagged missed a few hours after the reminder. – Tap a row to log it. Hold it or tap the three dots for postpone, skip, edit and delete. New and improved: daily routines – Schedule a weigh in, a body scan or a journal entry on the home tab, right below your dose schedules, each with its own reminder. Layout and settings – On iOS 26 you can set your fourth tab to the Calculator, to Profile, or to neither. You can also choose where Milligram Intelligence sits easily from from navigation settings, and stop the tab bar shrinking when you scroll if preferred. – New account page, and one notifications page listing everything the app can send you, each switchable on its own. Much more customisability. – Every settings row now has a coloured native styled icon, so you can find exactly what you're looking for with a scan, instead of having to dig through. Milestones rework – 22 new beautiful 3D interactive medals across 11 series, earned for doses logged, perfect streaks, meals tracked, weight goals being achieved and more. New app icons – 5 new app icons across three sets. Some are available immediately, others unlock alongside medals. Check them out in the profile tab And everything else: – Current Level moved onto the pharmacokinetics push-page inside each compound's hub. Next dose card runs full width to replace its space. – Charts inside a compound now match the ones on Home, and the pharmacokinetic charts are more interactive and show information cleaner. – Nutrition settings are split across separate sub-pages instead of one long scroll, and body composition is now on a single card in health trends. – Fixed a crash that could stop Home from loading for a small number of people when pharmacokinetic chart visuals and backend logic didn't agree. – Speed and stability work throughout, plus you'll notice a lot of surfaces feeling and looking more polished, consistent, and intuitive. Our biggest and best update yet, and it starts with you and your protocol. Milligram's protocol section has been rebuilt from the ground up. Every compound now has one home. Open it and everything is right there: a live view of your supply (new!), your vial and dose calculations, your schedule and live overview, all on one clean hub instead of scattered across menus. Adding or editing a compound and it's details is now much more intuitive, with adding details and compounds done through an improved and polished step-by-step flow, and your active and inactive vials and supply sort themselves so your whole stack reads at a glance. Alongside the new supply inventory tracking, Milligram brings Certificates of Analysis (COAs) right into the app. Attach your COA report to any compound batch and keep it on file where it belongs. Milligram is on Apple Watch. Your protocol now lives on your wrist - the WatchOS app shows a live countdown to your next dose with today's schedule underneath it, and logging takes one tap. Pin, tap Log, and it syncs straight to your iPhone, counts toward your data, and rolls the schedule forward to whatever's next. Add the complication and your next dose sits on the watch face all day as a countdown ring, a progress bar, a corner glance or a single line, whichever face you run. Milligram also joins the Smart Stack, so the widget rises to the top of your watch face as a dose comes due and stays out of your way for the rest of the day.
