proofit now officially feels at home on iPad: more room for planning, importing, editing and guided baking, without your recipe spilling over like an ambitious dough. Big new extra: you can now create your own flour types and use them right away in inventory, recipes and sourdough feeds. Also new: recipe import and Recipe AI are clearer and more reliable, shared recipes open and save more smoothly, timers behave more politely, URL imports keep their photos, and the bake planner can account for the room temperature of this bake. In short: less fiddling, more bread.

Version 1.1.2 is a bigger baking bench cleanup: smarter sourdough planning, better recipe imports, and fewer “wait, why is this dough doing that?” moments. New and improved: - Premium bread analysis can now review crumb and loaf photos after a bake and suggest likely causes plus concrete tweaks for next time. - Room-temperature fermentation steps now have a temperature slider that updates timers and the remaining schedule live. - The bake planner now uses your kitchen temperature more intelligently, including for sourdough pre-ferment ripening. - Baking steps can include timed oven actions, such as lowering temperature, releasing steam, removing a lid, or checking the loaf. - Yeast-only recipes can now be converted into separate sourdough variants with AI, while the original recipe stays untouched. - Flour swaps and hydration adjustments now run locally without AI credits, with changed ingredients highlighted for easy review. - Hydration is more realistic: ingredients like eggs, butter, yogurt, honey, milk, fruit, and starter water can now count toward effective hydration. - The yeast and sourdough converter now supports fresh yeast, dry yeast, and instant yeast. Polish and fixes: - Recipe variants switch more smoothly and can be set as the default view. - Imported pre-dough recipes now keep pre-doughs, rests, shaping, steam changes, and temperature changes in the right places. - Recent bakes show the saved result photo faster after finishing a bake. - Recipe scaling keeps tiny amounts visible, so 0.5 g yeast does not mysteriously vanish into 0 g. - Several compact-screen layouts are easier to read. Version 1.1.0 comes with a fresh tray of updates: AI cover photos are here. If a recipe has no image, you can generate a realistic cover photo or create a new one. Premium includes 5 generations per month. Cloud Sync now backs up starters, recipes, bakes, inventory and key settings with an optional proofit account. Premium also syncs recipe and bake photos. Recipe folders and the rebuilt bake planner make it easier to organize recipes, scale a bake, choose a finish time and start guided baking with the right amounts. Guided baking now ends with a calm bake report instead of a rating form. Photos and notes come first, with optional actions after. Sourdough feedings can now be edited later, recipe sharing has a smoother full-screen flow, and recipe details now support private notes, editable bake reviews and saved bake photos. Streaming URL & Photo Import - Recipes imported from URLs and photos now stream into the editor in real time. Watch ingredients and steps appear live instead of waiting on a loading screen. URL imports also show the hero image from the original page while the recipe loads. All imported recipes now respect your app language - no more German ingredient names when your app is set to English.

New: edit any recipe with a quick AI prompt. Tap the sparkles button in the recipe editor, describe the change you want, and proofit reworks the recipe for you.
