As someone who isn’t necessarily the first to play foosball, I found Kickabout surprisingly complex and fun! There’s a lot more control and strategy to it than its tabletop equivalent. It’s taken me quite a bit to learn how to dribble, effectively shoot, and aim. A definite recommend whether you’re on your own or with a bunch of friends. Gets more heated than you would expect!

I’m really enjoying this game. I like playing everyday to build up my tickets so I can buy more teams and gear. It’d be nice if there was a “random” button to select when I select quick play so I can have the teams randomly selected. I can sort of do this by quitting to the main menu and selecting quick play again.

I haven’t played a virtual foosball-like game before but this was executed perfectly. Fun to play two player as well. I think it could use a tiny more polish in the sound design but even then. Very fun and good to have on hand if you want to engage your nieces and nephews in a new way.

One handed quick games are pretty much my favorite genre. This one is really fun, the AI is surprisingly good, the interface is really slick, and you get addicted super fast. Highly recommended!
