I downloaded this mostly out of curiosity and didn't expect much. Turns out it's legitimately useful. You snap or describe what you're eating and the Al gives you a thoughtful breakdown tailored to your personal health profile — not generic advice you'd find on Google. It even suggested recipes and meal ideas I hadn't thought of. The credit system is straightforward, and the interface is clean. If you're managing a specific condition or just trying to be more intentional about what you eat, this is worth downloading. Solid work from a small team that clearly knows both the science and the tech.

Tracking calories is useful but being able to correlate that tracking into useful data is much more important. Seeing how I eat affects my body and tracking patterns such as sleep is how you can truly understand the effect of your diet. This app does just that. Great app.
