Unread Counts * Your app badge now accurately counts every unread item—including chats, letters, photos, and Off the Record messages—across all your spaces, and clears as soon as you’re caught up. * Chat, Letters, and Photos each display their own unread counts, making it easy to see what’s waiting. Chat * Helpful in-chat tips now appear after your first message, making it easy to discover features without interrupting the conversation. * If either person takes a screenshot of your conversation, both of you are notified in the chat, and the other person receives a notification. Off the Record * Off the Record requests now remain active until your partner accepts, declines, or you cancel them. * Fixed an issue where photos shared during an Off the Record session didn’t always appear correctly. View in Context * The full action menu now works for photos and cards, including Add Label, Add to Vault, View Details, Copy, Edit, and Delete. * Hearts, labels, vault status, and read status now update instantly, and photos always display correctly. Photos * Fixed an issue where View Details couldn’t be opened from photo thumbnails. Spaces * Switching between spaces is now significantly faster. * Leaving a space now immediately removes its unread count from the app badge, and rejoining with a new invite code works seamlessly. Library * Search now reflects the full size of your history (for example, “Search 22,000 messages”) instead of only recently loaded messages. Lock Screen * Fixed an issue that could briefly display the PIN screen twice when opening the app. Reliability * Improved connection reliability when moving between the background and foreground, and during temporary network interruptions.
