Puffling helps you track your baby's feeds, nappies, sleep, health and growth — all in one clean, private and easy-to-use app. Whether you're a new parent or an experienced one, Puffling keeps everything organised so you can focus on what matters.
FEEDING
Log formula, breast milk, expressed milk, and bottle feeds with volume tracking in ml or fl oz. Enable additional milk types like cow's, oat, or soy milk from Settings. Use the built-in breast feeding timer with independent left and right side tracking — pause, switch sides, or sync both timers for simultaneous sessions.
NAPPIES
Quickly log wet, soiled, or cream-applied nappy changes with simple toggles. Prefer "diaper"? Switch to American English vocabulary in Settings.
SLEEP
Record sleep sessions with start and end times. See total duration at a glance.
HEALTH
Track medicine doses with name, amount, and unit. Set reminders for the next dose — choose from quick options like 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 4 hours, or pick a custom time. Log temperature readings in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Puffling remembers your recent medicines for faster entry.
GROWTH
Log weight and height measurements over time. View progress on interactive growth charts with filters for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or all time. Tap any data point to see the details.
DAY SUMMARY
Get a full breakdown of your baby's day — total feeds by type, nappy change counts, sleep duration, latest temperature, and growth measurements, all on one screen.
SYNC ACROSS DEVICES
Puffling uses iCloud to automatically sync data across all your devices. Both parents can stay up to date without any setup — just sign in with the same iCloud account.
PRIVACY FIRST
All personal and health data is encrypted in iCloud using field-level encryption. Your baby's name, measurements, feed data, and health records are readable only by your iCloud account. No data is shared with third parties.
EXPORT YOUR DATA
Export up to 6 months of data as a CSV file. Share it with your GP, health visitor, or keep it for your own records.
