Additional validation to prevent unsafe characters in recording file name. Ensure recording file is saved with audio file extension.

The Recordings screen will now attempt to show audio (m4a) files even if the filename does not have a valid file extension e.g. "Test audio file" as opposed to "Test Audio File.m4a". The Recording name and rename functionality now prevents the inclusion of ampersand '&' in the filename, as this is an unsafe character in AWS and causes failure when attempting upload to Mabel servers.

New button to import existing recording into App from areas such as Documents/Downloads Recordings screen now also includes recordings on the device as well as recordings on Mabel server.

In landscape mode, button are not visible.stop recording red icon button is in not displayed, which affects usability. After recording for more than one hour, the timer continues increasing only in minutes and seconds (e.g 61:03) instead of switching to the proper hours:minutes:seconds format (01:01:03). when recording exceeds one hour. The timer should update to the correct HH:MM:SS format once the recording duration passes 60 minutes.
