Zella helps organisations monitor employee fatigue and wellbeing through quick, anonymous surveys supporting safer, healthier and more productive workplaces. Users complete a quick survey covering sleep, energy levels, mood, and a simple reaction time test. Results are anonymised at the team level and shared through a secure dashboard on our website, giving organisations a new branch of data which can be used to prevent burnout, increase productivity, improve organisational wellbeing, see issues arising with teams and reduce fatigue-related incidents.
