• Real-time heart rate monitoring during workouts
• Live Activities support for both the Lock Screen & Dynamic Island
• Improved notification reliability

More coming soon.
3.0.9 May 28
This release is focused on refinement, stability, and making the onboarding and syncing experience significantly clearer.
What’s improved:
* Improved translations and expanded keyword coverage for better search and localization
* General bug fixes and stability improvements
* Activity tracking updated: step goals moved into the weekly goals widget and replaced with heart rate tracking
* Faster performance and clearer, more user-friendly messaging when signing in on a new device and syncing data from the cloud
* Improved account flow: password reset and account creation are now clearer and no longer depend on device-specific links to provide full guidance
This update is part of ongoing work to make the app feel smoother, faster, and more predictable across devices.
2.4.2 May 16
Big update rolling in.
Improved the workout home tab UI, added much better cardio support, and stabilized outdoor GPS sessions. Calorie calculations have been tuned again, and basic HealthKit / Health Connect integration is now live for heart rate and step count. (Wearable heart rate is still under development so the current sync is slow, every 5-10min because of wearable-device sync protocols)
Plus: more bug fixes and continued architectural improvements under the hood.
2.4.0 May 14
I’ve shipped a lot of updates recently, but most were behind‑the‑scenes improvements to the app’s foundation.
This time, I focused on what you can actually see.
The UI/UX now has better contrast, improved accessibility, and a cleaner, sharper feel overall.
I’ve also begun experimenting with outdoor workout stats. As someone who lifts more than runs, I’d really appreciate your input.
Which outdoor metrics are essential for you? Recovery, intensity, pace, elevation — anything you want to see, tell me.
2.3.0 May 11
I refreshed the store screenshots, kept pushing architectural improvements under the hood, and added weekly goals for the new outdoor activities.
2.2.8 May 9
Another monster update from your friendly neighborhood solo‑dev who lifts both weights and this entire codebase on his back.
Added full support for outdoor activities — walking, running, riding
Finally nailed 100% support for both metric and imperial
Rebuilt and optimized huge parts of the app (again)
Faster, cleaner, stronger foundation for everything coming next
Most of this work happens behind the scenes, but trust me: the app is now built like a tank.
2.2.7 May 8
A massive under‑the‑hood upgrade.
We’ve rebuilt the app’s architecture to make everything faster, safer, and ready for the future.
Stronger, more reliable metrics
Smoother workout experience
Cleaner UI in workouts and stats
Lots of bug fixes and stability improvements
Not many visual changes yet — but this update unlocks everything coming next.
