Automatic detection cannot be guaranteed, so it remains an additional convenience feature.
If it doesn't work, Corlo will remind you to check in as usual. The standard alert chain remains fully active.

WHAT MAKES CORLO DIFFERENT
Radically simple. Other check-in apps come with NFC tags, widgets, quick actions, SOS buttons, medical profiles, intervals from 12 hours to 1 month, and setups that can take almost half an hour. Corlo focuses on what matters in an emergency: an app anyone can understand immediately. No mandatory hardware, no bracelet, no fixed base station, no contracts.
No user account. Install, set it up, and you're done – no Apple, Google or email sign-in required. Your identity stays on your device.
Escalation if the first contact doesn't respond. In Family Mode, additional alerts are automatically sent after 2 and 6 hours if your first contact is asleep, at the movies, or has their phone on silent.
