Capture the invisible. Use your phone screen as a controlled light source to record how objects reflect each wavelength of visible light.
Turn off all lights. Make the room as dark as possible. The phone screen will be the only light source illuminating your subject.
Position your phone
Hold the phone with the screen facing the object you want to photograph. The front camera should be able to see the object.
Screen cycles through colors
Once you tap 'Ready to Record', the screen will display the full visible light spectrum over 10 seconds.
Front camera records
The front camera captures how each wavelength of light reflects off your object. The video is automatically saved when complete.
Download the videos or use the app to convert them to hyperspectral data that can be exported to CSV.
