Capture everything, instantly Jot down thoughts with quick text capture, speak them with voice capture, or share from any app. Everything lands in your inbox for later triage. Three energy categories Every task belongs to an energy category — Exertion, Recovery, or Administrative. Derupt tracks your daily energy balance so you don't burn out on one type of work. Smart recommendations The recommendation engine suggests what to work on next based on your priorities, due dates, energy balance, and current context. It adapts to where you are and what you need. Contexts that fit your life Define contexts like Home, Work, Gym, or Errands. Derupt filters recommendations to match where you are, with optional time-based auto-switching. Daily plans and reviews Build a focused plan each morning. Review your progress each evening. See what you accomplished, where your time went, and how your energy was distributed. Templates for recurring tasks Set up templates with recurrence rules for habits and routines. Derupt generates tasks automatically so nothing falls through the cracks. Voice capture with Siri Use the Action Button or Siri Shortcuts to capture by voice — zero taps, transcribed automatically. Private by design All data stays on your device.
