What's New in ARIA 8.16.1 • Updated terms, clearly agreed: Sign-up now asks you to confirm you are 18 or older and agree to the Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy and Subscription Terms. Existing accounts get advance notice before changes take effect and can agree early. A new Legal section in Settings shows document versions and your agreement date, and purchase screens state the price and "Renews automatically until canceled." • A clear AI notice on calls: Every inbound call now tells the caller they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded and transcribed. The top of the Board splits today's decisions by emails, calls and agenda. • Agenda meetings at their real length: A 15-minute meeting is no longer drawn as an hour long, and back-to-back meetings stack cleanly on web and mobile. • Faster, more natural calls: ARIA answers sooner, checks your calendar while it asks how long the meeting should be, and reads times and confirmations like a person ("You're booked for tomorrow, the 1st, at 12:30 PM"). It thanks callers by name, gently checks in when a caller goes quiet, and repeats the offered times when asked. • Fewer call mistakes: ARIA no longer claims trouble after a confirmed booking, answers a turn twice, or asks callers to repeat words they never said after line noise. It keeps a corrected name even when only the surname is spelled. • Clearer missed calls: A caller who hangs up before speaking is labeled as a missed call instead of a call with an unavailable transcript, and no AI summary or transcript prompt is created. • More dependable delegated calls: If the person you called hangs up, the call is no longer reported as failed, and what they said after consent is kept. ARIA checks in once if they go quiet, recovers from dropped audio steps, and stays on your side of the conversation. • A guided welcome tour: The mobile guide is now a step-by-step walkthrough with a progress bar, Back and Next, and shortcuts to jump straight to each area.

More secure sign-in: Password sign-in now pauses for 15 minutes after three incorrect attempts and offers an email reset link. A redesigned welcome: Sign in, sign up, and password reset now share ARIA's brand stage with a live password-strength meter and requirement checklist. App launch is one continuous branded experience from splash through sign-in, including biometric unlock. Automatic inbox connection: Signing up with Google or Microsoft now connects that same inbox automatically. Faster everywhere: Chats, calls, and email histories load the most recent items immediately, with older ones loading in the background. The Inbox conversation map, app startup, and email opening are all noticeably quicker. Smoother mobile navigation: Opening an email, call, or saved chat slides its details into view and back. Clearer emails: Messages display as clean, readable text with attachment names listed, garbled characters fixed, and previously hidden HTML-only content now shown correctly. iPad-ready onboarding: Welcome, sign-in, sign-up, profile setup, and Choose your plan now use iPad's extra width.

What's New in ARIA 8.14.0 This release includes major upgrades to email, calls, contacts, scheduling, Daily Review, Chat, subscriptions, and mobile reliability. • Try ARIA Basic without a card: Eligible newly confirmed accounts can start a seven-day Basic trial without payment information. Trial status and upgrade guidance appear across mobile and web. • Secure email attachments: Add, review, remove, and send up to five attachments with new messages and replies. On mobile, choose the camera, photo library, or files. Limits are 5 MB per file and 10 MB total. • Natural email conversations: Incoming and sent messages appear as clear left- and right-aligned turns. Open any turn in the complete authorized thread, move to the selected message, and keep replies attached to the correct conversation. • Listen to email your way: Create a grounded spoken summary, read the authorized conversation, or hear only the latest message. Approved context can support reviewable calls and emails, with safer editing, merging, and undo. • Private recordings and approved handoffs: Where enabled and consented, recordings can be retained privately, played, and retranscribed. Permitted important contacts can request a live handoff that requires availability checks, an introduction, and owner confirmation. • More useful Daily Review: Email and call steps explain who or what needs attention, why it matters, and the next decision. Visible and spoken guidance use the same context. • Better Chat: Structured answers display headings, lists, emphasis, quotes, links, and code instead of raw Markdown. Internal coordination stays hidden, while saved chats support scrolling, deletion, and focus-aware dismissal. • Read-only access after expiration: Users with an inactive subscription can browse existing Board, Agenda, Inbox, Calls, Chat history, Contacts, and Settings. Creating, sending, approving, deleting, or running AI actions still requires active access. • Cleaner mobile design: Unified bottom sheets, clearer filters, safer swipe actions, compact call controls, readable text, reduced-motion support, improved badges, selection haptics, and consistent Back and Close behavior make navigation easier. • Improved subscriptions and reliability: Plans are easier to compare, verified Apple purchases and restores close correctly, paid access clears trial limits, mobile navigation avoids blank pages, and Gmail, Outlook, calendar, audio, and background processing are more dependable.
