Got over charged and wish I could get a refund

I don’t leave negative reviews but Literally just bought it and already wishing I could get a refund. said it was charging $35 for a yearly downgraded option and charged my bank $46. Only option is yearly which is insane to not even be able to view the app first to see what’s inside. I was at least expecting a full view of bible for that price. Visually nice but Not worth the money in my opinion for a few bible verses to swipe through. Would have spent my money on another bible app that had more to it and now there’s not even an email to contact so probably zero customer service.

Hi! I have some questions concerning the App. Are you utilizing AI to personalize features in the app and why does it require you to agree within the app on prayers? If you don’t hold the button or close out and return it’s having me start all over? Curious to some of the built it features.
