See where a company stands • Open any company and its five-lens reading comes first, with one plain line on what the latest report changed. • Its setup sits in one card: where it stands, its window and its gates. • Tap About in the top right for the company's background, market cap, IPO date and next earnings. If the date isn't set yet, you see the range it's expected in, based on last year's report. • "Ignore" is now "No window", and the ? beside a period shows the date it ended. See which way each number is heading • Numbers follows the five lenses: Business, Earnings, Shareholders, Resilience and Price. • Every measure has a chart of its real figures, with the value under each quarter and a word for where it stands, like Strong, Holding or Fading. • Tap any quarter on a chart to see its exact figure, then take the whole page to that quarter. • Quarter or TTM, Sections and the quarter you're reading stay pinned while you scroll, and so does the Timeline's year control. • Earlier quarters show their own figures, and revenue segments show each segment's share of revenue and its growth. Choose from Discover without opening every card • Each card tells you when the setup started and how the price has moved since, along with the latest quarter, 12-month revenue growth and gross margin. • Filter by gross margin. "Growth bucket" is now "Revenue growth", and Market cap comes first. • Your filters stay in reach while you scroll New Ideas or IPOs, with Top to take you back up. • Stalking started shows only setups that are still stalking. Easier to read • No text in the app is smaller than 11 points, and dates read day, month, year, like 15 Oct 2026. • Search waits for your tap before it opens the keyboard. • Discover no longer gets stuck while it loads.

A new way to start • The first time you open Helmbeam, a short chat sets you up. Name a stock you bought, sold or are watching, pick the date on a calendar, and see what the company had reported by then and what it has reported since. • Not sure where to start? Follow a worked example, then pick a company of your own. • Read earnings reports yourself? Call a company's latest report stronger, weaker or mixed, and see your call beside Helmbeam's reading. • Tracking a company now happens in one sheet on its company page. Watchlist • Business trends show as letters: U for up, D for down, S for steady. • The date of the last close sits under the price. • Each card has one Notes footer, with Remove from watchlist beside it. • Trader members can filter the watchlist by Flow. Glossary • The glossary now explains every label, filter and figure in the app. • Settings has a Sections button that jumps to any part of the page. Fixes • Clearer labels on the company page and in Flow. P/E shows "--" when earnings are zero or below. • In the walkthrough, swiping and Next show the same cards, and a finished walkthrough starts from the beginning. • If Helmbeam can't connect, you see a plain message instead of technical error text. • Switching tabs and scrolling long lists is smoother.

Pro now comes with a 14-day free trial. You're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then in your App Store account settings. You can now sign in with Apple or Google. Helmbeam now fits iPad: every page sits in one centred column. If a page fails to load, a Retry button now appears where it failed. Fixed an error that could stop setup from finishing after you turned on notifications. Fixed a freeze at the end of setup when two prompts appeared at once.

Version 1.3.0 brings a major Portfolio Guardian upgrade. New users now get a redesigned onboarding flow centered on one free live conviction slot, with richer ticker context, clearer Sentinel alerts, and a stronger reveal of what paid tracking unlocks across more names. We also improved watchlist behavior with clearer free-slot labeling, better saved-idea handling, smoother refreshes, and cleaner inline error states. This release also improves ticker pages, notification settings, entitlement handling for free users, and iOS permission timing so prompts happen in a more thoughtful place. Under the hood, we fixed a number of onboarding, routing, and tracking edge cases to make the experience more reliable end to end.
