Endless Waves is the first session tracker built specifically for prone foil surfers & downwind foilers.
Everything After the Session
Back on the beach, open the app to see every run from your session laid out on a satellite map. Track heart rate, distance, speed and more. Replay your GPS tracks, compare run lengths, and see your all-time time on foil record highlighted in green.
Built for the Watch Face
Add the Endless Waves complication to your watch face for one-tap session starts from the water.
Session History on Your iPhone
Every session syncs to your iPhone with full GPS maps, per-run breakdowns, top speed, average speed, and time on foil. Your all-time best run lives on the Record tab — waiting to be broken.
Counts Toward Your Apple Fitness Activity Rings
Sessions sync directly to the Fitness app as Surfing workouts — your foil time counts toward your Exercise ring, calories are tracked by your Watch's sensors, and each individual ride is logged as a lap in your workout history.
For a couple years, I have struggled with finding a meaningful way to integrate my foiling with a map and associated data. This map catalogs are waves automatically or using the wave assist mode with your Apple Watch Ultra. You can sort your waves based on a number of parameters. You can catalog equipment used, and even create a short video to share.
Tons of features for foil nerds

Really great start for a foil platform. All the stats you can ask for and the leaderboard is a cool way to stay competitive. Really responsive support too. I could see this app growing and getting sharper every week. Excited to see the foil community embrace it!

This app is insanely cool. I am a newbie foiler but feel like I have progressed a ton using this app So helpful in tracking progress and fun watching my best waves of the session
Voice pace on your watch (Downwind)
Your watch can now call out your split pace as you ride — every half kilometer or half mile. Choose whether it reads your current pace, your best split, or both, and set a speed cutoff so it only speaks when you're actually up and foiling. Turn it on under Downwind settings.
Both speed units on the watch
Zoom out on the watch metrics view and you'll now see mph and kph side-by-side.
Satellite / streets toggle now everywhere
The basemap switch moved into the map's ⋯ menu, and your choice now applies to every map in the app — including the videos you generate and share.
Hide directional arrows
You can now hide the direction arrows on non-downwind maps from the ⋯ menu.
Start / finish flags cleaned up
Start and finish flags now show only on downwind sessions, where they belong.
Downwind settings polish
Unified kilometers/miles unit rows (with the matching speed shown underneath), the guide and how-to videos now open on top of settings instead of closing it, and the settings sheet no longer closes itself unexpectedly.
Fixes
- Fixed a crash when opening Longest Pump / Longest Wave on certain sessions.
- Shared Runs now explains why a run might be missing and gives you a quick way to send feedback.
