Block ads and trackers in apps, games and Safari. Filtering stays on your device: no account, and no browsing history collected. Nomoads blocks ads, trackers and unwanted domains in apps, games and Safari, right on your iPhone and iPad. It works at the DNS level: when an app tries to reach a known ad or tracking server, Nomoads stops the request before it connects. Turn it on with one tap and it keeps working in the background. WHY PEOPLE USE NOMOADS • Fewer ads in apps, games and websites • Stop trackers that follow you from app to app • Block known scam, phishing and gambling domains • See what was blocked, domain by domain PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Filtering happens on your device • No account needed • Nomoads never sees or stores your browsing history • Your traffic does not pass through Nomoads servers Nomoads uses the iOS VPN permission only to filter DNS locally. It does not change your IP address or location. FEATURES • Protection levels from Relaxed to Ultimate • Advanced lists: scams, gambling, adult content, social networks, intrusive overlays • Custom filter lists and your own blocked domains • Allowlist for sites you trust • Live stats and a full query log • Home Screen widget FREE & PREMIUM Start free with up to 1,000 blocks per day. Premium removes the daily limit and unlocks stronger protection levels, advanced and custom lists, and 30-day stats history. GOOD TO KNOW Some ads come from the same servers as the content itself (for example, video ads inside YouTube), and DNS filtering cannot remove those. iOS allows only one active VPN at a time.

it works pretty well, but i didn’t use my phone and it said it filtered 72 ads, which makes no sense. it’d be better if it didn’t lie about how many ads it filters

Developer Response
Thank you for using Nomoads. While you dont use your phone other apps might send tracking requests in the background. Nomoads block every request that considered as ad or tracking in background as well. That why you might see numbers grow while you dont use your device.Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the confusion.

It works very well except it isn’t honest about how many ads it filters. I got one ad filtered and it said “filtered 43 ads” and there’s a daily limit of 1000. So if 1 ad = 43 then 1000 is not truly 1000

Developer Response
Sorry to hear that, we will try to address this issue as soon as possible

• New two-pane layout for iPad and iPhone Duo: protection on one side, stats and settings on the other • More accurate blocked counter: repeat lookups of the same domain now count once • Fixed the counter growing each time you reopened the app • Your free daily limit now lasts longer • Bug fixes and stability improvements
