Roam Focus combines focus timing with map-based exploration. Choose your current location or set a custom start point, pick a session length, and begin a focused journey with walking, cycling, driving, and more.
During each session, you can check elapsed time, route progress, and weather in a clear interface designed to reduce interruption. After every session, the app saves a summary with duration, distance, completion rate, and route overview for easy review.
You can also track long-term patterns in history and unlock trophies and milestones over time. Chinese and English are supported, with switchable visual themes for a consistent daily focus routine.
