Import your Lua game from the Files app or clone it from Git, edit it in a proper code editor, and ask an AI assistant about it — one that runs on your device, with the network off. Thanks for the feedback, and for the fair rating. Controller support is being worked on right now, both USB and Bluetooth. It's a genuinely complex piece to get right on iOS, mapping real hardware to the Love2D joystick API so your games behave the way they do on desktop, so it's taking time, but it's close. It'll show up in the release notes here as soon as it ships.

Has potential but incomplete

I think this app has great potential, but currently has a few significant shortcomings. 1. The editor overflows outside of the screen on iphone 14 pro. 2.There is no autoclose of brackets (, [ etc.3. The text in the editor flows behind keyboard, which means you cannot access bottom part of your code while you type4. It needs a toolbar above keyboard for shortcuts such as indent, undo, search, symbols like (, [ etc, as without them it’s really difficult to code without a physical keyboard.If those were fixed, I’d be very happy to pay for and use the app. I am looking forward to the dev’s updates and changing this review if the issues are addressed.

Made for iPhone Duo • Unfold it and the editor puts your files and your code side by side, with the toolbar along the edge. Home and Settings open in two columns, and nothing lands on the fold. • Virtual game pad: a direction pad with A and B over your game, which LÖVE sees as a real game controller. It stays off until you turn it on in Settings › Gameplay. • Fold iPhone Duo like a laptop: the game plays above the fold, the pad sits below. • A Console button next to Stop shows what your game prints while it runs.
