You have a goal. A first 5K, a marathon PR, a mountain ultra trail. RunAI creates the plan to get you there.
Tell your AI coach what you’re aiming for. It asks you the right questions — experience, availability, injuries — and generates a tailored training program in minutes. Not a generic template. A real plan, built for you.
A coach you talk to:
RunAI isn’t a static workout schedule. It’s a conversation. Ask why Tuesday’s intervals are at that pace. Say your knee hurts. Mention that your week is changing. Your coach adapts, explains, adjusts — like a real trainer.
Your data, your paces:
Your coach reads your VO2Max, resting heart rate, recent mileage, and long runs through Apple Health. Every session is calibrated to your current fitness, not theoretical averages.
Your plan, day by day:
Easy runs, tempo, intervals, long runs, rest: everything is organized in a clear calendar. Your workouts sync automatically from Apple Watch, Strava, and Garmin.
Analyze every run:
Kilometer splits, heart rate zones, cadence, elevation. Spot your personal records and track your progress week after week.
Estimate your race time:
VO2Max, critical speed, heart rate data, and best performances combine to predict your time — from 5K to ultra.
Find your next race:
Thousands of road races, trail runs, and ultras worldwide. Link a race to your plan and train with a target date.
Feedback after every run:
Your coach compares your actual pace to the plan, analyzes your trends, and gives you concrete advice for what’s next.
Apple Watch export:
Send your workouts directly to your Apple Watch for guided training.

I was specifically looking for a running app that is AI assisted. This app fits the bill. It responsive to prompts, made the changes you like and make recommendations and doesn’t look bloated. That dashboard and Apple Watch interface has lot of potential esp with a responsive developer. My suggestions are implemented. I’m looking forward to use this app to replace my Garmin. Not running much right now because of injury but looking forward to the personalized training plan formulated by the app.

Hi, thanks a lot for taking the time to write such detailed feedback, this is exactly the kind of input that helps us improve RunAI.Quick rundown on your points:Apple Watch: You're right, lap notifications should follow your unit settings, not default to kilometers. We're fixing that. We're also looking at the coach volume vs. music balance and at better use of the screen space on larger watches like the Ultra, with bigger, more readable fonts.Plan name: Editing plan names is a fair ask and it's on our list.Race predictor: The Data tab has a Race Pace card that estimates your pace for your plan's race distance, based on your recent runs. It doesn't show a projected finish time yet. That's a good idea, and we've added it to our list.Heart rate zones: RunAI already does this. It calculates your zones from Apple Health and keeps them updated as your data changes. When it can read your resting heart rate, it uses heart rate reserve (Karvonen). Without it, it falls back to a percentage of max heart rate, which is probably what you're seeing. Check Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > RunAI and make sure Resting Heart Rate is enabled, and the HR reserve zones should appear. We're a small team shipping updates regularly, so thanks for sticking with us. If you want to share more ideas or get notified when these land, reach out through the support section in the app. Happy running!
Excellent plan
New AI runner
Wonderful tool, extremely adaptive, able to change things on the fly.
Extremely attentive dev
PG-zen
I’ve not yet jumped back into the app following desperately needed revisions. Until that happens, this quick note confirms the above & beyond courteous attention of the dev. No gaslighting when errors are noted. Just a straight up *Oops … fixed*. That personifies integrity, a rare trait among today’s crop of developers.

Hey, Gonzague here, founder of RunAI.Fair criticism! We are a Europe-based team so miles genuinely slipped our minds. That’s on me, and it’s coming in the next update (a few days out). If you’d like a heads-up when it ships, drop me a line at gonzague@runai.win.Either way, I’d love to hear what you think once it’s in.
Loving it!

The encouragement and helpful tips have really helped me on my new running journey after my hysterectomy!
Pick up where you left off: close RunAI while your plan is being built and it keeps going. It's waiting in your conversation when you come back, and plan changes from your coach that you haven't reviewed yet come back too.
Now in Traditional Chinese: the app, the coach, and your plan are now available in Traditional Chinese.
