Receipt scanning is now significantly faster with optimized image processing, a choice between speed and accuracy models, and real-time streaming that shows line items appearing live as the AI reads your receipt. The camera experience has been improved with a larger capture button, flash off by default, and a warning icon on any items the AI isn't confident about so you can verify them before splitting. Users can now edit the receipt total directly if it was scanned incorrectly, and a new Start Over button on every screen makes it easy to cancel and restart without closing the app. Shared sessions now keep the join code visible throughout the entire flow so latecomers can always find it.
