KeyStone turns a 90 day challenge into a plan you can follow. Pick 3 habits, in order. The first starts on Day 1. The next one joins only after 10 straight days of the one before, so you never pile everything on at once.
HOW YOUR ARC WORKS
• Pick 3 habits from a library of 40. Your first pick starts Day 1.
• KeyStone builds your 90-day plan: the date each habit joins, when each level starts, and the buffer days you have for misses.
• Press and hold to commit. Locked in. Day 1 is today.
THE DAY'S ACTIONS, NOT A BLANK CHECKBOX
Every habit hands you specific daily actions, grouped by morning, afternoon and evening, with a short why for every action. Wake Up Early starts with "Set alarm 15 min earlier", not "wake up at 5". Tick every action and the habit is done for the day.
4 LEVELS PER HABIT
Foundation, Discovery, Practice, Mastery. A level opens only when you earn it: a streak of 3, 7, 14, then 21 straight done days. At each level-up you set the next level's actions: core actions, optional ones you choose, and your own. After Level 4 the habit is Mastered and moves to a weekly check-in.
FIBONACCI STREAKS THAT BEND INSTEAD OF BREAKING
Streak steps follow the Fibonacci numbers: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21. Miss a day and you drop one step: 13 becomes 8. From day 2, a missed day never takes you back to 0. Several days away count as one miss.

Start between October and December and your arc is a Winter Arc. Start in January and it's a New Year Arc. Any other month, it's a 90-Day Arc. Same 90 days, same rules.
