HOW IT WORKS
Pick a workout, press play, and follow along. Each workout is a set of guided video exercises organized by duration, difficulty, and focus area. The app does the thinking so you can just move.
BUILT FOR YOUR SCHEDULE
Every routine is 5 to 15 minutes. Long enough to make a difference, short enough to fit between meetings. Do one in the morning, one after lunch, or whenever you need to reset.
FULL PLAYBACK CONTROL
Adjust playback speed from 0.5x to 2x. Pause and pick up where you left off. Switch between full-screen and picture-in-picture. The player adapts to your connection with adaptive streaming up to 1080p.
