ALY now includes a free tier, so you can get started and explore the experience with no trial required. Premium features unlock deeper AI-powered reflections, voice journaling, pattern insights, weekly pulse reports, micro-actions, and the full growth experience.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

I started using ALY only a week ago, and the amount of things it learnt about me is amazing. It becomes very personalised with perspectives and micro-actions after regular journaling and check-ins. ALY literally remembered everything I have mentioned about myself or the way I was feeling - so I don’t have to repeat things more than once!Time efficiency is a key.

Aly appears to be a functional app, but it lacks clear differentiation in a market where many products already offer similar features.At the moment, much of what Aly provides can also be found in other apps, which makes it difficult to understand why a user would choose it over existing alternatives. When features are largely the same across competitors, the deciding factor should come from deeper user insight and a clearly defined unique value proposition—but that is not evident here.This raises concerns that the product direction may not be strongly grounded in primary user research. Without direct insights—such as user interviews, behavioral data, or validated pain points—it’s easy to build features that match the market but don’t meaningfully stand out or solve a specific problem better than others.In highly competitive spaces, simply having the same features is not enough. The product needs to be driven by a clear understanding of user needs and positioned in a way that highlights what makes it distinctly better.
