1.5.7 Sep 12
The subscribe screen no longer freezes on phones with less memory.
The music on the subscribe screen now fades out when you close the app.
A sleep story is called a story, not a class.
The Personalised offers setting is named for what it actually does.
Clearer sign-in error messages.
Privacy text updated.
1.5.6 Sep 10
If you have been away for a while, the app can now show you a card with an offer on it, and the card names what is actually in the library at that moment rather than an old number. The wording on that card has been moved clear of the artwork, so nothing sits over the painted title any more. The app also recognises your phone when you come back, so you are not shown the same offer twice.
1.5.4 Sep 5
The Late Room now keeps about a week of conversation, so you can scroll back through what everyone said. Dragging the comments scrolls just the comments now, not the whole screen, and each person's name stands out from what they said. The app opens faster than it did. One small box on your first launch asks whether you want occasional offers, and nothing else interrupts you.
1.5.3 Sep 4
Choose whether to receive occasional Salus Sleep offers with a separate, clear opt-in. Notification taps now open a verified in-app offer, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.
History is also easier to explore, with new collections for famous people, famous places, historical moments and remarkable journeys on the Drift Off rail.
1.5.2 Sep 2
The Live page banner now keeps up on its own, showing the theme of the night and the story that is playing.
The background sounds in Live rooms are all set to the same level, so nothing jumps out louder than the rest.
The moving artwork on Home, Sleep, Library and Sounds is slower and gentler now.
Live room controls stay where you can reach them on smaller phones, and the sound at the top of a Live rail loops without a gap.
Artwork on the home screen refreshes properly when we change it.
1.5.1 Aug 27
Live: a new room where people who cannot sleep sit together, chat, and listen to the same sleep story at the same time. Free, always, and you can just watch without saying anything.
The five serialised classics are here: Pinocchio, Frankenstein, Wuthering Heights, Oliver Twist and The Odyssey.
Delete Account and Delete My Data now really do delete everything, straight away.
Your onboarding answers are saved properly at last, so the app remembers what you told it.
The recorder has moved onto the Insight page, which frees a space in the bar below.
Prices load faster on the home screen, and trial wording can no longer go stale.
Narrator credits are correct across the whole catalogue.
1.5.0 Aug 23
The free trial is now explained clearly and accurately wherever it appears, so you know exactly what you get and when it ends before you subscribe.
Fixed a problem where closing the subscription screen could leave you stuck on an empty page. Closing it now takes you straight back to where you were.
Also some quiet groundwork that helps us see which parts of the app people actually use, so we can keep improving the ones that matter most.
1.4.7 Aug 10
Fixes an issue where accepting a discounted annual subscription could also open a monthly subscription offer. Improves subscription-flow reliability and clarifies privacy and trial information.
1.4.5 Aug 8
We are now Salus Sleep. Same app, clearer name.
Also in this update: the sleep genre shelves are reordered so History sits nearer the top, narrator credits are corrected across the classics, and the privacy and support pages inside the app have been rewritten to describe exactly what we record and what Premium includes.
1.4.4 Aug 6
• The Classics arrive: the most famous stories ever told, retold slowly for sleep — new nights switch on as they are ready
• A new category rail across the Library
• The Nature collection joins the app
• Sharing now works from every session
• A fresh look to match our new name, Salus Sleep
1.4.3 Aug 6
Sleep now opens with a genre rail. Universe, Fiction, Sci-fi, Mystery, Adventure, Future, Fantasy, Romantic, Paranormal, Survival, Travel and History sit across the top in their own artwork. Tap one and the stories below narrow to that genre; tap it again to see them all.
Mixing sounds is now part of Premium. Any single sound still plays free, and subscribing lets you layer several at once and balance them in the mixer.
More Classics nights have switched on, and the rest keep arriving as each one is finished.
1.4.2 Jul 29
The Classics arrive: the most famous books ever written, retold slowly for sleep and read whole, a night or two of chapters at a time. Every chapter has its own cover and switches on the night it is ready.
You can now see what is coming, not just what is here — hundreds of sessions across sleep, meditation and every emotion room show as coming soon with their artwork, and become playable the moment they land.
Also in this release: a clearer Sounds page, tidier Home, and fixes to the subscription screens so what they promise matches what your store account actually offers.
1.4.0 Jul 25
Narrator portraits now match the website across every session, and the in-app photos that had gone stale have been refreshed.
1.3.7 Jul 19
Links now open the page they promised. Tap a link to a session, a room, or a sleep story and the app takes you straight there instead of dropping you on the Home screen.
Artwork and category copy now update without needing an app update.
1.3.6 Jul 14
