Secret Hitler with cats. Same rules as the board game, and no narrator needed: 5 to 10 players, one phone passed around the table, and one of you is secretly the Rat.
The app deals the secret roles, counts the votes and runs the whole game, so everybody gets to play. Each player checks their role in private and passes the phone on. Short a player? Bots take the empty seats. Friends in other cities? Play online with a room code.
HOW IT WORKS
Most of you are honest Cats. A few are Sellouts who know each other. One is the Service Rat, hiding in plain sight. Each round the Mayor nominates a Ratcatcher and everyone votes MEOW! or HISS! If the vote passes, the two of them sign a law behind closed doors, a Cat Law or a Rat Law, and only they know what they threw away.
Five Cat Laws, or kicking the Rat out of town, and the Cats win. Six Rat Laws, or the Rat elected Ratcatcher once three Rat Laws are down, and the Rat Pack owns City Hall.

- Every power of the Mayor's office: Sniff Out, Peek at the Docket, Snap Election, Kick Out of Town
- Veto power after five Rat Laws
- Three failed votes in a row and the town's Caterwaul passes the next law by itself
- Official role counts for 5 to 10 players
- Mayor = President, Ratcatcher = Chancellor, Cats = Liberals, Sellouts = Fascists, the Service Rat = Hitler

Online got easier: a game can go on the open list, and anyone can walk in without a code. Want a private table? Leave the switch off, codes work as before.
