Single Sign-On: when your administrator turns it on, connecting signs you in to Windows with your Microsoft Entra account. After your machine restarts, the app reconnects by itself and signs you in. A status message shows whenever the connection goes quiet. Connecting straight after a cancelled connect goes through first time.

Replies to a report you send from the app can be read and answered in the Report tab, and a notification shows when a new one arrives. The app shows when your device's network connection is unstable or offline. A window or Split View of any size shows the whole remote desktop, scaled to fit.

The Logs panel lists only what needs your attention, and the About page and session settings are simpler, with privacy information in one place.

A second screen goes straight to your desktop when it joins a session. When a connection can't be made, the app says why and what to do next. The walkthrough for new users covers camera and microphone, copy and paste, USB devices, pens, multiple screens, and moving or sharing a session.

The on-screen keyboard opens by itself when you tap into a text field on your desktop and closes again when you tap away. A keyboard button in the corner brings the on-screen keyboard back after you hide it.
