• Choose by mood
Start with how you feel: Morning, Energy, Sleep, Relax, Anxiety, Stress, Focus, Creativity, Sadness, or Anger.
• Stay in calm looping scenes
Each scene is designed to gently loop, so you can relax without waiting for what comes next.
• Shape the sound
Control music and nature sounds separately, or switch to audio-only mode when you want to listen without watching.
• Use Sleep Mode
Set a sleep timer for 15, 30, or 45 minutes, or choose All Night for up to 8 hours with a soft ending.
• Take a breathing pause
Use simple five-minute breathing exercises with optional music when you want a quieter reset.
• Meditate without noise
Choose a duration, sound, and breathing pattern for a simple, unguided meditation space.
