Pulse is a social music-sharing app built around one simple idea: share the song that defines your moment.
With Pulse, you can:
• Share your daily pulse with friends
• See what your friends are listening to in real time
• Discover new music through people you know
• Connect Apple Music or Spotify for easier track sharing
• Find friends already on Pulse through optional contacts sync
• React to and comment on pulses
• Build a profile around your music taste
Pulse is designed for spontaneous music discovery rather than curated playlists. Instead of spending time choosing the
perfect share, you capture what you’re actually listening to and see the real listening habits of the people around
you.
Optional permissions:
• Contacts: used to help find friends already on Pulse
• Photos: used only if you choose a profile image
• Notifications: used to alert you when the daily Pulse window opens
Music service connections such as Apple Music, Spotify, and Last.fm are optional.
You can now add Profile Pulses to your profile and show off your current favorites!
We also improved invite sharing so use the invite tab in the friends screen to invite your friends to pulse!
