Govi Dinapotha — The Complete Grow-Bag Farm Manager
Take full control of your grow-bag farm from your phone. Govi Dinapotha is an all-in-one farm management app designed specifically for polytunnel and grow-bag growers. Whether you manage 10 grow bags or 10,000, this app keeps every detail organized — and works fully offline.
FARM STRUCTURE
Set up your polytunnels, rows, and individual grow bags with exact dimensions and spacing. Track every plant with a unique code from seed to final harvest.
CROP & BATCH MANAGEMENT
Maintain a crop catalog with scientific names and growth durations. Create planting batches, schedule sowing and transplant dates, and follow each batch through its full lifecycle — from Planning to Active to Completed.
GROWTH TRACKING
Monitor plants through 8 growth stages — Seed, Seedling, Vegetative, Flowering, Fruiting, Ripening, Harvesting, and Completed. Track health status and attach photos to document progress.
SMART TASK SCHEDULING
Schedule tasks like watering, fertilizing, pruning, pest control, and harvesting. Set tasks to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly. Trigger tasks by growth stage or days after planting. View everything on an interactive calendar.
APPLICATION LOGGING
Record every product application with planned vs. actual doses, methods, environmental conditions, and photo evidence. Keep detailed safety data including re-entry and pre-harvest intervals.
HARVEST & REVENUE
Log each harvest with grading (Premium to Reject), track marketable vs. waste quantities, and record selling prices and buyer details. See your total revenue at a glance.
INVENTORY & STOCK
Manage your product catalog — fertilizers, pesticides, growth regulators, and more. Track stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates, supplier info, and get reorder alerts.
EXPENSE TRACKING
Log every cost — seeds, labor, infrastructure, transportation, and more. Attach receipts, link expenses to specific batches or tunnels, and monitor your total spending.
ANALYTICS DASHBOARD
Visualize your farm performance with charts and key metrics. Track harvest yields, product usage patterns, expense trends, and profitability insights.
WORKS FULLY OFFLINE
No internet? No problem. Every feature works without a connection. Your data syncs automatically when you're back online.
MULTI-LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Use the app in English, Sinhala, or Tamil — switch anytime from settings.
BUILT FOR REAL FARMERS
Clean, intuitive design that's easy to use in the field. Dark mode for nighttime record-keeping. Photo documentation at every step. Guided onboarding to get started in minutes.
