So many other sites and apps have been trying to be what bias room is for years. Bias room took the good parts of every kpop collector space and combined them into one. The community aspect makes building up the database extremely efficient, and all the mods I’ve interacted with have been very diligent and kind. It makes me feel motivated to find and upload cards for lesser known groups I love, and I even get excited when I discover a card I have isn’t in the database yet because it feels fulfilling to help out. My only complaint is that the buy/sell/trade aspect seems a little dead at the moment, but this is likely because the site is still new. A feature I would like to see is the ability to set cards up for trade for any wishlist. Most of the time when I trade I’m not looking for a specific card, I just want anything I’m looking for. You can add multiple options, but going through and selecting your entire wishlist every time is pretty much impossible. The paid subscription seems great for people with larger collections, and I’m sure it’s 100% worth it to some. However as someone who mainly only collects one group/member, the free version works just fine. I was a little worried it would be super limiting in order to convince you to pay, but it’s not like that at all. I really appreciate this because it makes bias room accessible to everyone, which makes the community aspect even better.

Great app for photocard collecting but
Lizunyan
This app works smoothly and has way more features than I could have imaged for a photocard collecting app. I only have one issue and it's with the watermarking. Every card uploaded gets two biasroom watermarks added to them, but everything is fan-added. Truth be told, someone uploaded many photos that I had taken for a separate collection website dedicated to my group. I took the photos and my friend edited them for clarity and uploaded them to our own collect website. We didn't watermark these photos because I don't really care about credit, and the point of sharing the photos was to help people with their collections. So I truly don't mind them being uploaded to the bias room app in principle. However the fact that MY photos that a third party uploaded are now plastered with biasroom watermarks rubs me the wrong way. Yes many people source pics in kpop fandom for templates and such from all over, like social media and merchant platforms. But they never attempt to take credit for those photos. And in the app it credits the uploader, but surely the biasroom developers are aware that a large amount of these uploads are photos sourced from elsewhere and not actually taken by the uploader. It makes me hesitant to add more of my card photos to the app. Even just doing one small watermark instead would be better than this. I really like the app and its functionality so I'll continue using it for now but I hope they can rethink this watermark situation because I find it very disrespectful.

Thanks for the feedback. The watermark isn't intended to claim ownership of uploaded photos. We added it because we've seen other apps and sites copy large portions of the catalog and database that our community has spent a lot of time building. That said, we understand your concerns about the current implementation and will keep your feedback in mind as we continue improving the app.
Everything a K-Pop Collector Needs
Niche Memer
If you’re looking for an app/site for your K-Pop Collecting experience this is for you, it has everything, you can add unlimited photocards to your collection & if it’s not there you can find a good quality scan and submit it for approval ! If you’re looking for another place for BST there’s a marketplace which is amazing ! (Once you complete a trade/sale/buy you can also rate the seller!) There’s a whole community aswell where you can meet other collectors ! You can make your own binders, show off your collections and so much more. Yes some things are locked behind a subscription ($5/month) but not having those things does not make the app unusable at all (Unless you NEED Gold Text for your name 😭)I suggest this to every collector I meet since it’s perfect 🩷

Good idea, poor execution
Ksander88lee
If you’re a new photocard collector, take everything you see on this app with a grain of salt until you are more versed in photocard collecting. The idea for this app is great, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The camera/scan feature is the only real reason to get premium but it’s not very dependable (if you have even a tiny glare it won’t be able to match the pc). The “admin” for groups are often rude in their comments on edits/submissions and there is wild inconsistency in the approvals/rejections. The pc “value” feature is a joke and will lead to new collectors getting ripped off/pc overpricing issues (already a problem in the community we don’t need it to be worse) Please come up with a vetting system for these insane and inaccurate price listings. It destroys the credibility of your whole app. I understand this is an online collective effort to catalogue photocards, but as it is, I think this app will cause more harm than good to new collectors because of misinformation.
• Sign in with Apple on Android — tap and go straight to Apple, then right back into the app.
• Videos on WTS & WTT listings — photos and video now share one swipeable gallery, with a "Video available" badge.
• Smarter pricing for sellers — a market-based price guide when you list, plus a daily "put it on sale?" nudge.
• Sharper Social filters — the feed now filters correctly by group and member.
• Cleaner direct messages — DM photos no longer get cropped, and message reactions got a polish.
• Unlimited GIFs — the GIF limit is gone; send as many as you want.
