Protect chosen apps for free. Add WiggleScroll+ for a quick, on-device wiggle that opens them for a timed break. WiggleScroll helps you add a small physical reset before opening the apps, sites, or categories that pull you into scrolling. Choose what you want to protect, set a daily window or turn protection on manually, and WiggleScroll uses Screen Time controls to place a shield over those distractions. Protection setup, scheduling, starting, stopping, and turning protection off are free. Optional WiggleScroll+ adds the original timed camera-wiggle unlock. Complete a short on-device movement challenge to open your selected apps for the time you chose without ending the protection session; protection can then return automatically. For reliable movement detection, hold your iPhone at full arm's length so your head, shoulders, and upper body are visible, then move deliberately to one side and back across. WiggleScroll is intentionally simple: no account, no ads, and no cross-app tracking. Your protected-app choices and settings stay on your device. The camera is used only for live movement detection during the wiggle challenge; video is not saved or uploaded. RevenueCat processes subscription purchase history to verify WiggleScroll+ timed-unlock access.
