Choose from light, medium, or dark roast profiles, each matched to its ideal brewing ratio. Enter your coffee weight. Use the intuitive stepper or type in the exact grams (10g to 60g). Get your water calculation. PourCraft instantly shows your total water needed, bloom water amount, and remaining pour, all based on proven specialty coffee ratios. BREWING RATIOS Light Roast (1:17) — Highlights bright, floral, and tea-like notes. Ideal for single-origin African coffees. Medium Roast (1:16) — The sweet spot for most specialty coffee.
