1. 修改了设备管理和车辆管理模块。取消了设备和车辆的申请审批流程，可直接在设备和车辆内添加信息，申请项目时由安全员选择设备和车辆，填写数量即可。后续安全员也可根据实际情况在项目中修改当前项目和设备车辆的数量。
2.项目内新增第三方人员信息，在负责人新建项目的时候，如果有第三方人员不用分配账号的，可点击绿色按钮新增为第三方人员信息增加进来。这里只作为信息展示。无其它关联。
3.项目新增地址省市区选择。为便于局监管端快速检索，增加省市区选择，选择后再填写详细地址。
4.项目详情中文件上传增加操作时间记录，记录上传文件的最后时间。
5.增加待办事项弹窗，提醒需要待办的工作。
