Learn Korean on a video call with Junho, your AI Korean friend. Short lessons, about 5 minutes a day, made for total beginners. You'll say your first Korean phrase in your very first lesson.
Tried apps before and gave up? Chingu doesn't feel like homework. It feels like talking with a patient friend who's happy every time you try.
HOW A LESSON WORKS
• Junho teaches you one short phrase at a time, like a video call
• You say it out loud, and Chingu listens and tells you when you've got it
• Every phrase shows the Korean, its romanization and its meaning
• Replay any phrase as often as you like, or skip it and keep going
49 LESSONS IN 5 CHAPTERS
1. Greetings & Phrases: introduce yourself, order coffee, and say 사랑해 like a K-drama lead
2. Everyday Situations: restaurants, shopping, directions, taxis
3. Korean Culture: how to address people, table manners, noraebang, and 정 (jeong)
4. Conversational Flow: give reasons, share opinions, tell a story
5. Real Talk: natural reactions, comforting a friend, late-night talks
MORE WAYS TO PRACTICE
• Roleplay scenes: 42 of them, from K-drama moments like "He Brought You an Umbrella" to ordering at a café or a taxi to Hongdae
• Voice calls: tell Junho about your day, mixing in Korean as you go
• Chat: Junho replies at your level and gently corrects your Korean
• Review: every phrase you learn is saved, with a quick daily quiz so it sticks
