PREPARE MY WALKTHROUGH
Optional AI suggests a media order, headings and private talking points. Review, edit and apply the plan before presenting. Manual playlist editing is available without AI. AI tools share selected content with Anthropic only with your permission; generated property facts need your review.
GUIDED SHOWINGS
Start a showing from a saved listing. Present photos, recorded video and PDF pages in your chosen order. Your talking points stay private to you. Invite buyers with a link or QR code, and use live camera when you want a real-time tour.
FREE PREVIEWS
Eligible verified App Store downloads include two live-camera showings, two recorded-video showings and three successful AI generations. Free listings can include one PDF up to 10 pages/10 MB and one recorded clip up to 3 minutes/50 MB. Recorded-video credits count once when an invited buyer opens playback; uploading and host rehearsal do not spend them. Credits do not reset by reinstalling. No Peekr sign-in required; Apple may ask you to verify your App Store download.
YOUR BRAND AND BUYER ENQUIRIES
Add your agent branding and contact details. Buyers provide their contact details when joining so you can follow up after a showing.
PEEKR PREMIUM
Optional Personal and Pro subscriptions offer additional capabilities and usage. See the app for current prices, plan limits and included tools. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings.
