New: Curani on Apple Watch. See your doses on your wrist and tap Taken, Snooze or Skip. The Watch app is free; the complication is part of Never Miss. New “Day Starts At” in Edit Profile: if you stay up past midnight, a 1 AM dose can count with the evening before. Choose Midnight or 1–6 AM. Today, History, widgets, streaks and Curani Care follow it. As-needed medications now show when you last took them. “Ring like an alarm” is hidden for as-needed medications, which have no set time. Reminders refresh right away when you change time zone or clock.

Ask Siri: say “Did I take my pills in Curani?” or “Log Metformin in Curani”, and Siri answers or logs the dose without opening the app. Works for every profile: “Did Dad take their pills in Curani?” or “Log medication for Dad in Curani.” A dose logged with Siri also stops its follow-up reminders right away. Find the phrases in Settings › Siri & Shortcuts, or put them on the Action button with the Shortcuts app. New Live Activity (Never Miss pack): see your next dose on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, and mark it taken with one tap. Add as many medications as you like: there's no limit anymore. Pay only for what you use: extras now come in three small packs — Never Miss, Family, and Records — or get Everything. Tap + to scan a label or a whole prescription, type it in, or import it from Apple Health. Chart heart rate, steps, blood pressure and more next to each medication. Also in Never Miss: "Ring like an alarm" for doses you can't miss. It rings even in Silent mode. A quiet streak counter keeps you going. Helpful tips at the right moment show you features you might be missing, step by step. Find them all in Settings › Discover features. Snooze or skip everything due at the same time. Sharper close-up label scans. Fixed missed doses that could appear twice. A smoother first run: clearer setup text, fewer pop-up tips on your first day, and no more 0% score before you've taken a dose. Typing a medication name is safer: tap “Use …” to keep exactly what you typed instead of a suggestion. Tapping a locked switch, like Ring like an alarm or Live Activity, now opens its pack right away. Siri recognizes the name “Curani” more reliably in every language. “Discover features” now takes you straight to the right place in Settings.

Redesigned Today, History, and Medications screens. Fixed a bug where the Home Screen widget could crop your medication list. Missed doses can now be reopened and logged. Notifications open right to the dose they're about, even from the background. Simplified the schedule editor.

Prescription scanning in more languages, and a cleaner medication search.
