HOW IT WORKS
Each time block captures three things: what you did, which life area it belongs to, and how present you were.

Quality — Flow, Present, or Drift
Add blocks manually or let AI Fill do the work. Your day builds up as a visual timeline you can scroll through and reflect on.

Set a daily Flow Goal to aim for the deep focus time that matters. Set a Drift Budget to keep mindless time in check. Both are visible on your home screen — no streaks, no guilt, just honest awareness.

REST DAYS
Some days are meant for rest. Mark a day off and Loom respects it — your blocks are preserved but excluded from stats and goals.

A medium home screen widget shows your daily progress. A compact lock screen widget keeps your flow goal visible without even unlocking your phone.
