This update makes your training smarter. Kinetic Golf now tracks your progress across your last 10 sessions — not just your most recent workout. That means weight suggestions are more accurate, and you'll see progressive overload working correctly across all your training days (Upper, Lower, Full Body and more). If you weren't seeing weight recommendations before, you will now. We've also made performance improvements to keep everything running smoothly. As always, if you have feedback, tap the support link in Settings. We read every message.
