ProZpects
Athletic recruiting platform
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Now with subscriptions: coach search visibility, recruiting tracker, Player Cards, and direct coach messaging.
ProZpects is the recruiting platform connecting student athletes with college coaches.
Build a complete athletic profile in minutes — verified measurables (height, weight, 40-yard dash, vertical, broad jump, shuttle), academic record (GPA, SAT, ACT), photos, video, social handles, and a personal statement. Your profile becomes your front door for coaches at every level.
For athletes:
- A verified profile that coaches actually read
- ProZpects Power Score — a 0–100 rating built from your verified measurables, so coaches can compare apples to apples
- Recruiting tracker for the schools you follow, the visits you've taken, and the offers you've received
- Custom Player Cards — your photo, your stats, your design — to share on social and with coaches
- Direct messaging with college coaches who reach out
- A shareable public profile URL you can put in your bio
For coaches:
- Search and filter by sport, position, graduation year, GPA, measurables, location, and more
- Save athletes you're interested in and grade them privately
- Message athletes directly and keep all your recruiting conversations in one place
- See verified data — height, weight, and combine numbers checked at ProZpects events
Subscription includes:
- Coach search visibility — your profile shows up when coaches recruit your sport, position, and grad year
- Inbound coach messaging
- Recruiting tracker (Following, Interested, Visits, Offers)
- Player Cards
- Multi-slot in-season, off-season, and training video highlights
Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Behind-the-scenes improvements to help us find and fix problems faster. No changes to how the app looks or works.
1.5.2 Aug 30
Fixed: the one-time upgrade prompt on the dashboard had stopped appearing for athletes on a free account. It shows up again.
Behind the scenes, we improved how we measure the way the app is used, so we can keep making it better.
1.5.1 Aug 28
Your profile, rebuilt around four sections:
- About Me, My Sport, Media and College Fit replace one long list of rows
- Each section carries a progress ring, so what is still missing is visible at a glance
- Tap a section and step straight through it — your edits save as you move
- Recruit Me now opens with three quick wins: the changes that lift your profile the most, first
- Measurables you entered by mistake can be cleared instead of overwritten
Recruiting calendars that match the real rules:
- The Recruit tab shows the recruiting period in effect right now for your sport and division — dead, quiet, contact or evaluation
- NCAA periods follow the actual published calendars, including the split ones
- NAIA and JUCO now reference their own real dates rather than borrowing NCAA periods
School detail on one screen:
- Following a school, logging a visit and recording an offer all live on a single screen with your fit
- Tapping a school anywhere in the app opens that school, instead of jumping to an editor
Height and wingspan to the eighth of an inch:
- Height, wingspan and hand size are entered and displayed to the nearest 1/8", the way they are actually measured
For coaches:
- A new Scouting feed gathers updates from the athletes you are tracking, with a count of what you have not seen
- Messages and Events have been redesigned to match the rest of the app
- Your coach profile is more compact and now shows your photo
- A need's detail screen puts the stat breakdown and the scouting report together instead of behind separate tabs
- Division is resolved from your program rather than guessed, so period cards are right
Polish throughout:
- Dark mode corrected across every screen
- iPad layouts use the full width instead of a phone-width column
- Icons and colours are consistent from screen to screen, and adapt properly to light and dark
- Buttons no longer clip or wrap awkwardly on smaller phones
- The share sheet opens full height
- Match counts above a thousand read as 1000+ everywhere they appear
1.5.0 Aug 17
UI cleanup and improvements.
1.4.45 Aug 6
Recruit tab (athletes) — now two tabs, Me and Schools:
- Me shows your athletic record the way a coach reads it: size, speed, power, strength, then academics
- Every measurable group scrolls, so a group holds as many marks as your sport needs
- Anything you have not filled in shows as an amber "+" you can tap to add on the spot
- Academics now covers weighted GPA, unweighted GPA, SAT, ACT and your transcript
- Your Power Score, your film, and a prompt for season stats all sit on one screen
- Schools puts offers, visits and follows on a single date-ordered activity list instead of four separate accordions
- Tapping a matched school now opens that school
Match percentages are correct:
- Fit could read over 100% (a school might show "137% fit"). It now reports a true 0-100 score against the criteria that actually applied to you
My Sports editor:
- Your sport, position and jersey number are one card you read at a glance instead of four dropdown menus
- Accolades moved up from a footnote to its own section
Recruit tab (coaches) — rebuilt around needs:
- Say what you are looking for once ("2027 Slot Receiver") and we keep matching athletes against it
- Every need has a saved list with four stages: Watching, Contacted, Visiting, Offered
- An athlete can sit on several needs at once, and their stage is tracked separately on each
- My Athletes is always there for anyone you add by hand, no criteria needed
- A need can span more than one sport, with "any of these" or "all of these", so you can find genuine two-sport athletes
- Filter by position, class, state, distance from you, and minimums on any measurable your sport tracks
- Search anyone on ProZpects by name and see which of your needs they fit
1.4.42 Aug 1
Coach search, rebuilt:
- Start typing in Recruit and tap a suggestion to add a filter — position, grad year, GPA, height, 40 time and more. No more digging through a filter form.
- Filter chips are now editable: tap a chip to adjust it, or tap the x to remove it.
- "+ Filter" opens the full catalog of filters, with a Custom option for exact thresholds.
- Positions come from your sport, so you see the right ones. If you haven't picked a sport, suggestions span every sport and name each one.
- New "2nd sport" filter finds multi-sport athletes whose secondary sport is the one you recruit.
Fixes: sports like Ice Hockey, Track & Field and Baseball / Softball returned no results when selected; some saved searches could fail to load.
1.4.29 Jul 20
Career outcomes (beta):
- School match details now include a Jobs section — post-graduation earnings and employment from the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard.
- See typical earnings 10 years after starting and 4 years after finishing, the employment rate, and the share of grads out-earning a typical high-school grad. When your intended major matches the school, you also get that major's earnings there versus the national median, plus its typical debt.
Plus fixes and polish.
1.4.26 Jul 14
Coaches:
- Player search now sorts results (Power Score, name, grad year, or recently active) and loads beyond the first 50 athletes.
- Search defaults to your sport, and you can share an athlete's profile right from their page.
Athletes:
- New player-card designs to choose from when building your card.
- Your Mental Skills Snapshot score now lives in Measurables.
- Smoother video uploads with clearer progress, and photo uploads now tell you what went wrong if a picture won't load.
Plus a range of fixes and polish across the app.

- New "Red Zone" card template in the Card Builder: a red panel with a framed photo window (slanted bottom corner), recolorable chrome, and the school logo shown by default.
- New "Swoop" card template in the Card Builder, with two color slots and a polygon photo cutout.
- Card Builder now fills in your school logo even when your profile's saved logo URL hasn't caught up yet.
- School logo refreshes correctly after you change schools, instead of holding onto the previous school's mark.
- Fixed a video playback issue so game film and highlight links open correctly when tapped.

Sign-out is now instant. Some users saw the app freeze for several seconds after tapping Sign Out — that's fixed in this release. All keychain reads/writes now run off the main thread so the app stays responsive even when iOS's security daemon is busy.
1.4.8 May 29
Bug fixes:
- Subscriptions: fixed a parse bug that caused every paid athlete to see the "Upgrade" call-to-action on the Home tab despite an active subscription. Subscription end-date now parses correctly across the app; the Build Your Card tile shows in its premium full-width state.
- Home tab: pull-to-refresh now also refreshes subscription state, so any future stale-cache state clears with a swipe instead of needing a kill + relaunch.
iPad layout:
- Your Cards (collection) and the Card Designer now scale the player card preview up on iPad so it isn't a tiny island in an empty canvas. iPhone sizing is unchanged.
Please poke around the Home tab and the Card Designer on both iPhone and iPad, and let us know if anything looks off.
1.4.7 May 18
Reaction Time Test, hobbies "Other", year-based stats, and quality-of-life polish.
- Reaction Time Test: opens with a 5-second countdown the first time so you know exactly when to be ready. Every result is saved — the dashboard now shows your latest time plus a rolling average of the last 20 runs.
- Hobbies: new "Other" field where you can type anything that isn't in the pill list. Stored for research only; coaches don't search on this field.
- Stats: year columns now show the season year (e.g. 2025) with your grade level (Soph / Junior / Senior) as a secondary label when your graduation year is set.
- Visits: "Midweek" visits now read "In school" instead of "School day" — clearer for athletes.
- Social: X (Twitter) now displays above Instagram in your profile and editor.
- Mental Skills Snapshot: retake cooldown shortened from 12 months to 6 months so you can update your snapshot mid-school-year.
Other:
- Stability and polish improvements throughout the app.
1.4.6 May 12
Subscriptions are live with a 14-day free trial.
Coaches now see only subscribed athletes in search and can only message subscribed athletes.
Recruiting tracking (Following, Visits, Offers) and Player Cards are now subscription features.
Existing accounts have been credited with one year of complimentary access.
Bug fixes and stability improvements.

What's new in this build
· Coach actions on the player profile are now one tap: the star
button opens a single sheet to rate, add a private note, and add
the player to a list. The separate "more" menu and the inline
"Your Rating" row are gone.
· The rate/note sheet was clipping the title and description on
iPhone — the sheet now opens taller so the full UI is visible.
· Camps: coach registration for events and clinics is free — no
checkout step.
· Tabs: "Verify" is now "Events"; verification messaging moved to
the Recruit tab so coaches actually see it.
1.4.3 May 5
What's new in this build
· Card Collection — your saved trading cards now have a home: a 2-column
grid of every card you've made, with edit mode for bulk share / set
primary / delete, plus per-card detail with one-tap sharing.
· Unified Finish picker — 8 surface treatments in one tab: matte, gloss,
holo, silver, gold, rainbow, black, and a new distressed look that
gives the card a lightly-worn, aged feel. Subtle by design.
· Color picker reflows to a 2-row grid so every palette is visible at a
glance and 1- vs 2-line names share a baseline.
· Home dashboard cleanup: "Get Recruited" → "Things to Do" with a new
"Build your Trading Card" entry point.
· Recruit screen: drops the Interested bucket from the layout, surfaces
follow count up top, and tightens the section dividers.
· Saved cards now load reliably from the share / grid views.
1.4.2 May 4
Lots of screen cleanups and formatting improvements.
1.4.1 Apr 28
Fresh new look for the home screen — the info carousel now leads the way, profile stats are tappable, and your photo is cleaner without the year overlay. The trading card designer now starts in manual mode, so you're in control from the start.
1.4.0 Apr 16
