From a single court to Grand Slam glory.
Tennis Tycoon is the deep management sim tennis has been waiting for. Start with one cracked hard court and a dream, then build your way to a world-class academy producing champions.
YOUR CLUB. YOUR WAY.
Every decision is yours. Hire coaches. Scout prodigies. Build clay courts, grass courts, fitness centers, and pro shops. Set training programs. Balance the books. Manage injuries. Navigate the politics of parents, sponsors, and rival academies. There are no shortcuts to the top - just smart management and tough calls.
A FULL TENNIS CALENDAR
Follow the real rhythm of professional tennis across 365 days of in-game action. Hard court swings in January. Clay season building to Roland Garros. The sprint through grass. The US Open Series. The Asian swing. Off-season planning. Your players compete in over 100 tournaments a year across Local, Regional, National, International, and Grand Slam tiers.
DEEP PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Your players aren't just numbers — they're careers in the making. Eight detailed skill attributes, hidden potential ceilings, preferred play styles, morale, injury risk, and age-driven progression. A 14-year-old junior with a monster forehand might become your first Grand Slam champion - if you pair them with the right coach, protect them from burnout, and enter them in the right tournaments at the right time.
THE INBOX IS YOUR WORLD
Every time you advance, a stack of messages arrives. Match results. Player breakthroughs. Staff complaints. Facility breakdowns. Sponsorship offers. Scouting reports. Surprise events that demand real decisions - do you let the TV crew disrupt training for a reputation boost? Do you risk playing an injured star in a must-win semi-final? Every choice has consequences.
GROW FROM NOTHING
Five distinct club levels mark your journey:
Single Court — just you, a court, and ten hopeful members
Local Club — your first staff, junior programs, local tournaments
Regional Academy — new court surfaces, scouting networks, serious competition
National Powerhouse — top-100 players, sponsorships, national titles
Global Empire — Grand Slam champions and a brand that speaks for itself

I played tennis to a semi-pro level and had basically given up on tennis games. They’re either arcade-style unrealistic or pay-to-play. I picked this game up before a flight and got super addicted. It reminds me of Football Manager (which I used to love growing up) but for tennis. You can play quickly and coast or you can get super in depth with match tactics, coaching hires and facility growth. My only gripe is it would be awesome to watch matches vs just the text. But it’s a great game overall if you like sims.
Astonishing

This is one of the greatest iPhone game I’ve ever played. Incredibly addicting. I don’t even have any ideas for how to make it better. I love it.
Fantastic game, still a lot of flaws

First, let me say this game is very fun and I love the idea. This type of game is my wheelhouse and pretty much all I play. Here are some things done well: the UI overall is good. It’s nice to be able to swipe back from the menu you’re in. The design is good with a focus on text over silly images and animations that would just slow the game down. Here are some things that definitely would make the game better:Email - give an option to filter out some emails or “autoreply”. There are so many emails that shouldn’t be shown when they are tasks you’ve delegated to your Assistant Manager.Repairs - there should be an option to auto repair facilities and courts. Maybe based on dropping below a threshold or something? It’s so tedious and annoying.Contracts - with all the emails (40 plus per day), I wish there was a way to make those important tasks appear at top of inbox (flagged?) instead of at the bottom of the unread ones.Membership inquiries - should be able to delegate this task (ie set a minimum rating or potential threshold that auto accepts new members at that level)Reputation - why does it cost so much reputation to release a bad player? No one in real life would have any issue with that. And it certainly shouldn’t cost up to 10% of your rep for one player! Reputation is wildly unbalanced, despite being maybe the most important thing in the game.Rankings - I have a 15yo who won two straight majors and has never lost a match (and rated 96) and can’t even crack the top 300 juniors! What is that?! The rankings don’t make sense despite apparently following the point system in tennis.Scouts - scouts are terrible no matter their ratings. Also, when you fire one and go back, it’s a blank screen so you have to close and reopen the game. Finally, let me say despite these issues the game is fun, but starts out so tedious and then there is nothing to do later. I also wish rankings showed up/down movement. And the tournament entry system is broken. If the developer continues to work on the game, it could be really awesome. But for now there are a LOT of small issues and things that make the game not super fun or engaging. Hopefully updates will change that and feedback is used!
Developer Response
Hi qbr7007. Firstly, thank you for playing Tennis Tycoon and for such a thoughtful review. It's great to hear the game was fun and that the UI, navigation, and text-forward design are landing well. We're constantly working to improve the app and several ideas you suggested were in the recent release (v.1.2.41). Your other suggestions such as; email filtering, auto-repair thresholds, flagging contracts, delegating membership inquiries, rankings logic, scout quality review and early/late pacing are all under active development for the next release. We read every review, and greatly value all feedback. I hope you'll continue to play and develop your club. Cheers,Tennis Tycoon
Great game, needs that tiny bit extra
Bossk Baby
So far been very fun, wish there was a more detailed stats page for the players, like their yearly tournament history, avg’s per year and stuff like that
What’s new in v1.2.43
Fairer matches, a new junior tour, smarter training reports, and a big batch of fixes.
MATCHES & RANKINGS
• Tweaked the pre-match coaching plans now give the boost they were designed to give.
• Adjusted to world rankings to ensure world players (non-club players) are matched more accurately to the tournament level.
• Enhanced behind the scenes tournaments for non-club players to ensure balanced world-rankings
JUNIORS
• New junior Challenger tour between regional and national events.
• A bigger junior calendar: 64 ranked events for boys and 64 for girls.
PRE-MATCH BRIEF
• Your player's preferred approach is now always one of the three options.
• "Player's feeling" fits the matchup. Favorites sound confident and underdogs sound like underdogs.
• Options rotate more effectively between matches, and every tactic has more quotes.
• Specialist coaches now give deeper in-match advice. Their technical and motivation skills being more important.
• Fixed unfinished placeholder text appearing on some coaching cards.
TRAINING & STAFF
• Redesigned weekly Training Update, with a one-line summary, stat tiles, and program cards.
• New Training Fatigue Limit on the Assistant Manager page. Set one fatigue level that every coach must respect.
• Coaches now rest tired players sooner, which lowers injury risk.
• Coach assignment help. Your head coach suggests coaches for uncoached players, or your Assistant Manager can fill gaps each week if you switch it on.
• Hiring a scout or Assistant Manager no longer wipes your coach candidates, including a World-Class Coach bought in the Shop.
• Staff renewal reminders now clear once you renew.
TOURNAMENTS
• World rank now shows everywhere you choose tournament entries.
• Title winners no longer take the final's tiredness and injury risk twice (bug)
• A player whose career ends through injury now accurately leaves any draw they were in.
• Fixed some events wrongly named "Masters".
FINANCES & SPONSORS
• Joining fees were being added to your balance twice. Your income is now counted correctly.
• Competitive members were getting their discount twice after you saved new rates. They now pay the rate you set, and existing clubs are corrected automatically.
• Renewing a sponsor now extends your current deal instead of adding a second one. Each sponsor now decides once whether to renew, so a growing reputation matters more.
FIXES
• Match days where you choose whether to attend were sometimes processed twice, so income, training and countdowns ran two times. Each day now counts once.
• Continue shows a "Working…" indicator while the day is calculated, so a slow day no longer looks frozen.
• On long-running saves, the Continue summary shows the day's new messages again.
• Fixed duplicate players when buying two Shop items on the same day.
• Scouts no longer suggest your own academy juniors as prospects.
• Fixed a relaunched junior program that couldn't be managed. Affected saves are repaired.
• Fixed screens that wouldn't scroll, including Club Progression.
• Fixed an error when returning to the app.
Thank you for all the reports. Keep them coming!
