Lipedema Insights helps you track symptoms, treatments, diet, measurements, and patterns while contributing to a growing community effort to learn what actually helps.
Lipedema Insights is a wellness tracking app for people living with lipedema, built by a family living with it.
After years of confusing advice, dismissed symptoms, expensive treatments, and too little real evidence, Leah and her husband started building the tool they wished they had from day one: a simple way to track what helps, what does not, and what your body has been trying to tell you.
Now Lipedema Insights is becoming something bigger: a community-powered project to help people with lipedema turn lived experience into real-world knowledge.
With a quick daily check-in, you can track:
* Pain and tenderness
* Swelling, heaviness, and fluid load
* Energy, fatigue, and mood
* Compression, MLD, pumps, vibration plates, GLPs, supplements, and other treatments
* Diet and lifestyle choices
* Weight and body measurements
* Custom items unique to your own routine
Over time, your entries become a clearer story of your lipedema journey. See trends across days, weeks, and months. Notice how your symptoms respond to treatments, seasons, foods, routines, and life. Bring better information to appointments instead of relying on memory alone. Show the insurance companies actual documentation.
And when more of us track, more of us learn.
Every check-in helps build a larger, anonymized picture of what is actually working for people with lipedema in real life. Not one-size-fits-all advice. Not miracle-cure noise. Just thousands of people logging their experiences so we can begin to see patterns none of us could find alone.
