Pocket AI 3.2 shows your downloads on the Lock Screen and brings Apple Health into your Daily Brief. New • Watch a model download on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. It keeps going when you leave the app. When it is done, tap to start chatting. • Apple Health in your Daily Brief: one line a day about your sleep, steps and workouts. It is read on your iPhone and never leaves it. • A new Activity section in your Daily Brief, with a short overview written by your AI. • Five new models: LFM2.5 230M, MiniCPM5 2B, Granite 4.2 3B, LFM2.5 8B-A1B and Gemma 4 E4B. • Send us feedback or ask for a feature from Settings. It is anonymous. Better • Pocket AI tells you when a chat gets too long for the model to remember, and shows how much room is left. • Thinking models are marked, because they fill that room faster. • Gemma 4 models stop when their answer is done. • A purchase that is waiting for approval, like Ask to Buy, no longer shows as failed.

Fixes in this update: • Contact support now reaches us. Earlier versions sent support emails and the Terms, Privacy and website links to the wrong address. If you wrote to us and heard nothing, we are sorry. Please write again from Settings. • If Pocket AI closes unexpectedly while a model is running, it no longer starts that model again on its own. It tells you what happened, and you can start it from Models or pick a smaller one. • No model yet? Download a small starter model in one tap, right from the chat screen. • Pocket AI can now send crash reports so we can fix crashes faster. They never contain your messages. Turning off usage analytics in Privacy settings also turns them off.

Two fixes, both about respecting what you have already spent. YOUR MODEL STAYS DOWNLOADED Some of you were told to download your model again every few hours. Here is why: the check Pocket AI runs at startup could not always read a model file — on a locked iPhone, for instance, while iOS had woken the app in the background — and it treated "I could not read this" as "this is broken" and deleted it. Gigabytes, gone, with nothing on screen to explain it. Fixed, and then some. Pocket AI no longer deletes a model on its own for any reason at all. A model leaves your iPhone when you tap Delete, or when you delete the app. That is the whole list. A model this version does not recognise — one renamed or retired in a later update — is no longer thrown away either. It stays where it is and appears in Your Models with a Load button, so a model you waited on is always a model you can use. WE STOPPED ASKING FOR TWO THINGS AT ONCE Pocket AI could offer you Pro and then, a moment later, ask you to rate it. That was a bad way to treat you, and it is gone. The two asks are now kept well apart, and Pocket AI will not ask you to rate it right after a reply that stalled, failed, or came back empty. Everything still runs on your iPhone, with no account and no internet.

Pocket AI 3.1.6 gets you to your first answer faster, and gives you a Daily Brief that says what to do about your day. Getting started • Your first model download is now Gemma 3 270M — small, quick, and it finishes. The old first pick often did not. • The download keeps running when you leave the screen, and the screen now says so instead of leaving you watching a bar. • Your first download is capped to a size your iPhone can actually run, and the first upgrade is free. • Pocket AI tells you when your model is ready, and only asks about daily reminders after it has actually answered you once. Daily Brief • Your brief answers three questions: what happened yesterday, what is on today, and what you should do about it. • It writes a short line of its own about the entries that matter, with buttons that start the chat for you. • Photos can join your brief. It counts how much you shot each day and in how many places — it never opens, copies, or uploads a picture. • A new Daily Brief home-screen widget shows your top item at a glance. • Work that is genuinely pointed at you is sorted into your to-do list instead of general updates. Your chats, voice audio, Calendar events, Reminders, photos, and Daily Briefs continue to stay on your device.

Pocket AI 3.1.5 makes reminders and model storage simpler and more reliable. • One clear Daily Brief reminder switch now controls the whole experience, preventing duplicate morning and return reminders. • Pocket AI automatically cleans up stale partial downloads and orphaned model files, recovering storage without removing models you still use. • Model downloads, activation, upgrade, and purchase flows include additional reliability improvements. Your chats, voice audio, Calendar events, Reminders, and Daily Briefs continue to stay on your device.

Getting started actually works now • Downloading a model survives real life. Lock your phone, switch apps, or walk out of Wi-Fi range and the download carries on and picks up where it stopped, instead of silently dying and starting again from zero. • We check you have room before a download starts, and if something does go wrong the app now tells you what went wrong instead of "something went wrong". • Pocket AI picks the best model your device can actually run, and says why — "your iPhone has 8 GB, this is the most capable model that fits". Models that need more memory are still listed, clearly marked, so you can see what a bigger device would give you. • Setup no longer says "You're all set" when nothing was installed. If a model did not load, it says so and offers to try again. • No model yet? The chat screen says so, instead of looking ready and doing nothing when you tap Send. Buying Pro • The price on the upgrade screen is the real price. • The Upgrade button no longer gets stuck when the App Store is slow to answer — it retries, and tells you if it cannot reach it. • Changing your mind is not an error any more. Cancelling used to pop up "something went wrong and you weren't charged", which was alarming and untrue. Daily Brief, sharper • The summary line at the top now counts today only. It was adding yesterday's meetings to today's total, so a clear day could open with "you have 10 events today" while the list below correctly said your calendar was empty. • Refresh, New brief and Sources moved to the top of the brief. A brief is longer than a screen, so they used to sit below the fold — out of reach at exactly the moment you wanted them. • Open a brief from an earlier day and Refresh is highlighted, with a line telling you which day you are looking at. Tap it and you see the brief being rebuilt, then today's. • Smaller models no longer get a "use a bigger model" warning printed across the brief. Your calendar, reminders and mail are read directly, whatever model you have — only the one opening sentence uses one at all. • Tapping the 8 AM reminder builds that morning's brief instead of reopening yesterday's. Also • A new app icon. • On iPad the layout is centred instead of stretched. • The new-conversation screen is calmer. As always: the model runs on your iPhone. Your chats never leave it.

Chat, fixed • Tapping a starter prompt now puts it in the message box so you can finish it, instead of sending it half-written. • Models that think before answering now show that thinking as it happens, so a slow reply no longer looks like a frozen app. • Pocket AI tells you when it cannot answer — a model that is missing, a file that will not load, a reply that never arrived — instead of leaving you waiting on nothing. • Loading a model shows real progress, with the model's name, so you can tell the wait is the weights and not a bug. Models • Model cards now say when a model thinks before answering, so you know it will be slower to start before you download it. • Added the 2026 generation of small models to the catalogue. • Switching models shows you it is working instead of appearing frozen. • Pocket AI is better at picking the largest model your iPhone can actually hold — and refuses one it cannot, rather than crashing. Daily Brief • One brief a day, on one page, covering just that day — no more duplicates or a brief that ran past its own window. • An overview at the top so you can see the shape of your day at a glance. • The brief no longer claims your day was empty when it simply could not reach a source. • Background briefs pick a model your iPhone can load, so they stop failing quietly. • You can turn the morning brief off. Voice • A live waveform while Pocket AI is listening, so you can tell it hears you. Privacy • A switch to turn usage analytics off. Reminders • Daily prompt reminders are on from the start, and Pocket AI only asks for notification permission once you have actually used it. As always: the model runs on your iPhone.
