One daily limit
Give the apps you choose one daily budget and a cap per session. A long session sends them on a short break; once the day's budget is spent, they stay locked until tomorrow.
Reverse Algo Mode
Pick the social feeds you open without thinking and choose how much to slow them: a little, a lot or almost to a stop.
