Talk Into Notes Pro adds saved recording presets, personal vocabulary, structured notes and selected daily/project digests through an optional one-time purchase. Free recording, transcription, editing and Notes export remain available without a quota. Settings now uses one shared editor: Pro controls unlock in place, and formatting, Advanced and Help stay in inline disclosures. This update also improves recording, Watch transfer and Notes export reliability.

Improves reliability for long recordings, on-device transcription, Apple Watch transfers, and recording storage. Setup now stays dismissed after completion. If an Apple Notes export stalls, a safe Retry Notes Export action resumes the same frozen export without creating duplicates.

Apple Notes export is now more reliable across retries and relaunches, with duplicate-write protection and safer recovery. Setup better verifies your selected Notes destination and guides you when action is needed. Feedback now shows an exact privacy-first preview before sending. Includes App Intent localization and navigation fixes.

A simpler Inbox-first design puts recordings and the next useful action up front. Guided setup now walks through one requirement at a time, search and filters are easier to reach, transcript text is clearer, and storage startup errors are handled safely.

Apple Notes exports are now cleaner and more customizable. Choose paragraph formatting, source and duration details, separators, per-note titles, batch size, empty-transcript behavior, and success notifications. Improved replay protection keeps internal transport data out of your notes.

Apple Notes export now uses the destination selected in the app, without asking for the note again. Also fixes the large Notes permission warning.

Choose the new Large v3 Turbo model or add a trusted whisper.cpp model from an HTTPS link. Downloads are staged and verified before replacing an installed model. The Inbox is also simpler, with Record always within reach and one contextual toolbar action shown only when needed.

Apple Notes export is clearer and easier to use: • Confirmed Shortcut export is now the primary action. • Setup guidance appears when the Shortcut is not configured. • Exported transcripts show a clear confirmation receipt. • Copy and Share are grouped under Text Actions and remain non-terminal, so audio stays until Notes export is confirmed.

Improves the Inbox, export setup, and model settings so the Apple Notes Shortcut flow is easier to review and run. Transcription remains local-first, with no cloud transcription required.
