Everyday rides take planning. FamilyRide brings ride requests, available drivers, and recurring transport together in a native app for iPhone and iPad. ORGANIZE YOUR RIDES Choose a pickup and destination, request a ride, and follow its progress. Authorized drivers can accept a request, mark their arrival, and complete the ride. You can also revisit your ride history. PLAN RECURRING TRANSPORT Set up regular rides with scheduled days, eligible drivers, passengers, and pickup order. Check upcoming trips and export permitted transports to Calendar. CONNECT YOUR FAMILY Create a family or join your relatives using an invitation code. Parents approve members and manage permissions. Switch between your families as needed. KEEP USEFUL DETAILS CLOSE View Apple Maps and available family drivers. Update your name, profile photo, and vehicle, including replacing or removing a vehicle. Location sharing is associated with the active family and governed by member permissions. You can decline location access, adjust notifications, and delete your account from your profile. Available in English and French. Requires iOS 17 or later.

This update improves everyday ride planning. • See your profile photo in navigation and your family’s avatars on the map. • Sign back in with Face ID or Touch ID after enabling the option in your profile. • Expand the map directly in Home, then shrink it without losing your map view. The interface adapts to conventional screens and both displays of iPhone Duo. • Use native Apple Maps suggestions when entering addresses. • Cancel a ride and clearly choose whether to keep editing or discard a draft. • Improvements to requests from iMessage and ride updates with Live Activities.
