Fixed a bug where evening notifications could show fiber progress from the previous day. Notifications now always reflect your actual daily progress. Also added a "Day ends at" setting in Settings — helpful if you log food past midnight.

High Fiber Foods — Open "Add Food" and tap the new High Fiber tab to instantly browse the 15 best whole-food fiber sources. No searching required. Goal Proximity Card — When you're close to hitting your daily goal, Grove surfaces a few quick options so you can tap to log and close the gap. Smarter Notifications — Daily reminders are now context-aware. Grove checks where you are in the day before deciding what (and whether) to nudge you. Water in Your Daily Log — Tap any day in History to see your water intake alongside your fiber for that day. History Scroll Fix — You can now scroll all the way to the bottom of your daily log without losing content behind the tab bar.

You can now log food in grams or ounces, tap the number between the + and − buttons to switch units instantly. Your preference is saved and can also be set as your default in Settings. The Settings page has also been cleaned up so every section follows the same layout, making it easier to find and adjust your preferences.

Improved onboarding, get into the app faster with a shorter setup flow. The paywall now appears after you log your first food, so you can experience Grove before deciding to subscribe.
